I tried TikTok’s viral morning jump trend thinking it would boost my energy. What I didn’t expect was how clearly it exposed my body’s real mobility issues.

Most mornings, I wasn’t exhausted — I felt stiff. My hips, back, and shoulders felt tight before the day even started, like my body hadn’t fully woken up.

I tried random stretches and quick routines from the internet. I never knew what my body actually needed, so I stopped after a few days every time.

Then I saw people online doing 50 jumps right after waking up. It looked simple, so I tried it — and immediately noticed how restricted my movement felt.

I decided to check my mobility properly. My result shocked me: 4 out of 10. Below average mobility. Suddenly, my stiff mornings made sense.

Mobility expert Kelly Starrett explains that daily joint movement supports circulation, posture, and long-term joint health — even without intense workouts.

I stopped chasing intense routines. I focused on moving better every day — especially in the morning — and my body started feeling lighter and more responsive.

My mobility score gave me simple exercises: Cat-Cow for my spine, Wall Angels for posture, and Hip Circles for my hips. Nothing extreme — just effective.
